Stressed Out is a workshop on a mission to assist with minimizing your stress and increasing your happiness. We can never eliminate stress, but we can learn to manage it. This workshop will help you identify triggers that create stress in your life. With your triggers identified, you can then learn strategies and techniques to respond in a positive manner. It is this clarity and awareness that will assist in decreasing your stress and increasing your happiness. Take back control, don’t let stress control you.
